VOLUNTEERS IN THE SCHOOL

Volunteers are an integral part of many school programs.  The Chimacum School District believes that without the help of volunteers, many field trips and classroom projects would not be possible.

In order to help ensure that our students have a safe and rewarding experience with our volunteers, we have prepared the following guidelines and documents for you to complete prior to volunteering in our district.

We thank you very much for giving your time and support to these important activities.

There are many ways to volunteer, such as field trips, overnight trips, transporting students, classroom and building support and student athletics.

  • Volunteers in the classroom and on field trips must be at least 21 years old
  • Volunteer coaches must be 19 years old
