ASB Clubs

COWBOYS!  Saddle up for fun!

CHATEA - Watch for this new club! Cowboys for Humane Animal Treatment & Environmental Awareness. Meetings are on Fridays during 1st lunch in Room 209. For more information contact Hailey Morrison or Ms. Prather.

Chimacum Heritage Club - Another exciting new club!! Meets every Thursday at lunch in Room 116. Contact Renee Woods or Mr. Coyan for more information. 

Drama Club - puts on two play productions each year. Any student may try out for a part or to be part of the "behind the scenes" crew. Watch the bulletin for try-outs!

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) - meets every Thursday in Room 110 during lunch. The Future Business Leaders of America's mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. The programs include Leadership Development, Academic Competitions, Educational Programs, Membership Benefits, Community Service, and Awards & Recognition.

Future Farmers of America (FFA) - is one of the largest youth organizations in the world. The activities here are tied to our Horticulture Class.

Gender and Sexuality Alliance Club (GSA) - meets every Tuesday at lunch in the counseling office.  We welcome the LGBTQ Community and their allies to come and get support and empower each other. Click here for more information!

Interact - Join us on Tuesdays after school at 2:20 in Room 112! Click here to read about us!

Knowledge Bowl - is a statewide club for students who love trivia. Students practice during lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 115 and compete against different schools several times a year in a process similar to the game show "Jeopardy". Remember, Knowledge is Power!

Makers Club - is forming now. See Ms. Carnahan on Thursdays at lunch in Room 109 for more information.

National Honor Society - is a nationwide organization to recognize and honor outstanding academic achievement, character, service, and leadership among high school juniors and seniors. Acceptance is through the faculty council only. Students must maintain a 3.3 GPA, be recognized by the faculty as a student of character and leadership skill, have a full academic class schedule with at least one honors or advanced placement class, and participate in community service activities. For more information on the selection process, please refer to NHS Selection Process, as printed in the spring newsletter. 

Prevention Club - is a group of students who want to support and encourage their peers to make healthy choices, especially regarding drugs and alcohol use and let their classmates know that not all students use substances. The club meets on Thursdays at 2:30 in the counseling office.  

Spanish Club - meets to increase appreciation for the Spanish language and culture. The club meets Mondays at lunch in Room 202.

We Act  - WE Schools Club Meets every Tuesday at lunch in room 102 (Foods Room). All students are welcome to join the club anytime of the year. WE is a movement that believes that when we come together, we can create an even better world. Students who live WE at school are stepping up and making a difference in their neighborhood and world at large. Because no matter your age or location we can all make a positive impact - whether that volunteering, fundraising or raising awareness around causes that matter.
