This is a picture of a tray with the bugs and rocks ect. of what we caught with our net in the chimacum creek.


Those cups are full of the bugs and wood chip we got those at the chimacum creek we sent them in to the NOSC to see the results of what we got there.


This is Cody and Olivia at Dewatto Cody is looking through the microscope at the bugs we caught and Olivia is looking at the the invertebrates key (thats a paper that have bugs on them to tell you what the bugs are called) with the tray of bugs on her lap.

Cody is scraping bugs into the 500 micron mesh net that Olivia is holding.

Cody is washing off the rocks to get the bugs off of it.

This is a picture of the ice cube tray that we put the bugs in to examine them.

This is a closer view of the bugs in the ice cube tray. The one on the top is a caddisfly case and the one on the bottom is a stonefly.

Olivia is picking bugs out of the petri dish to see what we found.

Olivia is picking the bugs out and putting them under the microscope to identify the bugs.
