There is one way we can help keeep the river cold is by not cutting down trees that surrowend the river or stream because the tall trees keep the stream and river cold because they block out the sun and prevides shade for the water. So if we cut down the trees that surrowend the stream or river than the water heats up and the fish can not breath because when the water is hot there is less dissolved oxygen which they need to breath. So we can not cut down the trees.
