The Jobs
At cispus, the kids do some of the work too. Listed here are a few of the jobs
and what they're about:
*Setup- There is breakfast, lunch, and dinner setup to be taken care of.
The group that does the setup lays ou th napkins, plates, forks, knives,
spoons, and cups for the hungry breafasters. People get a yellow bead
for doing setup.
*Cleanup- The cleanup crew is a randomly picked group that cleans
up from the latest meal. People get a yellow bead for doing steup.
If you do setup, you might be in the dish room preparing the dishes
for going in the dishwasher, loading dishes into the dish washer, or
helping to operate the dishwasher. You might be in the garbage ro-
om, dumping the contents of the scraper cans into the dumpsters,
or maybe you'll be takng the empty cans out to the dish room to
be washed. Or, you could be out in the main room mopping.
* Jhonny jump up- Jhonny jump up (J-J-up) wears a tie that is
handed out to him or her. The Jhonny jump up goes up to the
serving counter and gets the dishes of food for thier table.
The Jhonny jump up makes sure that everyone gets served.
Tips and Tricks
1 If you are on cleanup and get sick easily, try to get the
dishwashing job, sorting the different kinds of dishes.
That way, by the time you see the dishes, they'll be
clean, and you won't get sick.
2 If you get sick easily, NEVER get garbage duty!
3 If your a scraper, wipe off the scraping tool every
time you finish scraping every plate at that table.
that way, you don't spread around the garbage.
