Mr. Betteley is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and received his Masters Degree from City University of Seattle, WA.  He is a Veteran and served honorably for almost 12 years in the U.S. Naval Submarine Service.  Prior to his military service he was a Law Enforcement Officer in South Western Michigan.  He is in his 21st year as a public educator, 7 of which were as a Principal/Director of Special Education for Quilcene School District.
