Junior High Boys Basketball Game Schedule:
Wed. 12/3 v. Forks Game Times 4:00pm and 5:00pm
Mon. 12/8 @ Neah Bay Depart: 12:00pm Return: 10:00pm
Wed. 12/10 @ Stevens Depart: 2:00pm Return: 8:00pm
All athletes and parents must complete the information on Final Forms to register to play.
Physicals and payments must be brought into the school.
Please make payments at the school office where your child attends.

Physicals!!
Student athletes MUST have a CURRENT physical to play sports.
Appointments are available for Sports Physicals at the CHIMACUM School Based Health Center:
Physicals are valid for two years and can be scheduled during the school day or after school.
The best way to schedule an appt at the Chimacum School Based Health Center is by either calling

FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2025-26
High School ASB Card - $30 one time fee
High School Athletic User Fees - $80 per sport, $130 Football
Junior High ASB Card - $25 one time fee
Junior High Athletic User Fees - $45 per sport
ASB Card & Athletic Fees Free/Reduced - TBA (You must fill out paperwork from school office.)
A daily sports bus will be provided from CJSHS once school begins.
Families are responsible to provide transportation home from practices.
